I got all of Avery's hair up into a little pony tail. Here she is saying cheese! She says it so well now if she would only keep her pretty little eyes open while she says it! It didn't take very long for her hair to mostly all fall out of the pony tail, but it sure made her look older.

Avery was quite taken with the fudgecicle and was not happy until she had her own and she was holding it. She made quite a mess with it but did really like it!

Cade was very excited about getting to ride in the tractor with Grandpa and get to help make some bales. To hear him tell it you would think he baled the whole field my himself even though he really only lasted one round in the tractor!

Cade was showing me how airplanes fly. We had watched a few fly across the sky and had a play airplanes for a while of course!!

Bathtime!?

I got Avery all dressed up the other day to go somewhere and went to get Cade ready, next thing I knew Avery was in the tub having a great time. So I stripped off her clothes and let her take a quick bath. Aaargh. She is becoming quite the accomplished climber and loves playing in water.

Ranch Rodeo in Miles City

Saturday June 13th we went to Miles City to watch Rance participate in the ranch rodeo. I saw a couple of the events but mostly I was busy keeping Avery entertained, out of trouble or just following her around on her adventures. Thank goodness for Chance and Blake to chase after Cade and keep him entertained. They are busy little kids that don't like to sit still very long.

Cade even made a few buddies. He liked watching the rodeo up close to the fence with Blake and Chance.

Avery in one of her corralled moments being entertained with nachos. She got the cheese everywhere including Aunt Linda's pretty white shirt. She also managed to tip over, spill, dump out every drink when came in contact with.

I found Cade and Avery laying on the floor like this playing and had to get a picture from both sides. They were really having a great time. It is so nice they can play together for short peiods now without fighting all the time!

Family Picture

It's a lot of work getting this many kids to all smile at the same time. This was at Brianne and Ciara's graduation party. Congrats to the grads!! I haven't been very good at my blog lately but Avery has been sleeping all by herself in the office. She has done so well!! It is so nice to have out bedroom back with no kids in it. It makes us wonder shy we didn't do this sooner!!

Cade is looking quite stylin in his outfit but most impotantly here is that he has his very own rope!! He was so excited to get it. He gets really mad when he can't figure out how to untangle it.

Cade looks like he is smelling something not very appetizing here and Avery insisted on wearing this little red head band. Overall the picture just cracked me up so I had to post it.

This is Cade and Avery playing that they are dogs. They were crawling around panting and barking. It is very fun to watch them playing together, not so fun when they fight, but they are brother and sister so I have to expect both!

Cousins

Everett is getting so big and getting to be a very accomplished walker!

We managed to get a picture of all six cousins while Jess, Keenan, and Eric were visiting. Carter 3.5, Chase 8 months, Avery 15 months, Everett 10 months, Keenan almost 2 and Cade 2.5. They all had a lot of fun running around.
